The service I received from Sandal BMW Huddersfield was excellent, from the initial contact, through help I received deciding on the details of the purchase, to the agreement and final delivery. I was pleased to have met staff at different levels.

My car wasn't 100% clean Jane had to ask for the car touching up and when I got home it still had water marks all over the doors

Someone was always on reception (not the case for other local car dealerships) friendly and helpful. Staff were quickly available (also not the same experience at other local dealerships - waited over 15 mins in VW and ended up leaving).

All done very smoothly, effort put in with the unveiling and answered any questions I had and followed up with an after sales call to check all was ok which was appreciated.

Sam, Chris and Alan, great service and worked with me to ensure my purchase meets my needs eg suggesting taking a test drive as engines were different. Just feel the team are really genuine and honest. Should be a given but it's not in all businesse

Whilst I have moved home away from the Sandal dealership in Huddersfield I returned there because of my connection to them and the first class helpful people who are a pleasure to deal with.

See above - I'm a loyal customer of Sandal - however, standards have slipped, from the experience I've had of late - not your usual high standards. Also, please don't try to upsell me on 4x new tyres in response to a slow puncture on 1x tyre.

I accept that mistakes are made but not to be told something had been checked when clearly it had not. Next day when I had brought it to the dealership attention I was told that the adblue would be topped up free of charge on next service visit .

The fast lane Engine Oil service should take 90 minutes, but this took 2.5 hours. They may have been particularly busy.
