After the sale, Pod Point let me down very badly but Sam Gill at sandal stepped in and helped me with a three pin plug charger until my Pod Point so three could be fixed

My car wasn't 100% clean Jane had to ask for the car touching up and when I got home it still had water marks all over the doors

I should have all liquids checked like coolant etc. After picking up car I had message on dash board that coolant is low. After questioning this in reception I been told this service dont include that despite documents saying it was check and OK

Reception staff did their best (but failed) to get me on your WiFi. Kim was my liaison, and she did a brilliant job. She understood my aggrieved position wrt failed MOT on tyres that I had been told were OK. She overcame subsequent issues wonderfully
