The importance of this key role is paramount to Sandal; being one of the largest privately owned BMW/MINI Retailers in the area, our aim is to deliver a premium service. Reporting directly to the Service Manager you will be responsible for dealing with the invoicing and administration of warranty and service pack claims through our Aftersales department.
You will be a bright professional who has the ability to plan ahead and maintain good levels of communication with other team members to ensure our business potential is maximised. A meticulous eye for detail with a systematic approach to completing a task is essential.
As you would expect with a position of this importance the training will surpass that of other manufacturers and includes a Warranty Certification Course at the BMW Group Training Academy.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the motor industry at retailer level.
