Bodyshop Manager
Are you a motivated and experienced professional seeking a new challenge? Sandal BMW/MINI, one of the largest privately-owned BMW/MINI retailers in the region, is looking for a talented Bodyshop Manager to lead our Approved Sandal Bodyshop.
As Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Bodyshop operations, from staff development and workflow management to ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, all while upholding our consistently high standards.
In 2024, Sandal made significant investments in the Bodyshop, equipping it with state-of-the-art technology, including Poseidon paint booths, the latest BMW colour system, and brand-new Car-O-Liner alignment machines. These upgrades provide you with the tools to deliver exceptional results, improve repair precision, and maintain the quality our customers expect. With this cutting-edge equipment, you will lead a high-performing team that consistently surpasses targets and delivers an unmatched customer experience.
As a passionate advocate for the brand and a key representative of Sandal, you will serve as a role model to your team. Your leadership will ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. You will also drive the achievement of performance goals, manage repair and maintenance processes, and mentor your team to deliver consistently exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sandal Bodyshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve outstanding results.
Maintain Sandal’s high standards by ensuring that all repairs and services meet the required quality.
Monitor team performance, set targets, and drive continuous improvement to exceed performance benchmarks.
Manage schedules, resource allocation, and ensure all jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in managing or supervising a Bodyshop, ideally within a premium or approved Bodyshop environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to drive productivity.
Enthusiastic, organised, and results-driven, with a commitment to maintaining Sandal’s reputation for excellence.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with new technologies and equipment.
Can develop smart repairs alongside traditional techniques.
